- Payment should be made within 30 days by cheque or credit card. Payment via Paypal is preferred (see above). Websites will be suspended if payment is not made withing this 30 days period.

- Additional work outside the remit of your website quotation is charged at £25 per hour.

- Once passwords are released to the customer on completion of work, it is the customer's responsibility to change these immediately. - On completion of work, you will be asked to sign a 'signing off' document. This document confirms that you are completely happy with your website and agree that all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard. After you sign and return this document, all future work on your site becomes chargeable at £25 per hour.
